The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Gazi University Faculty of Health Sciences, in collaboration with the KEPAN Association, held an event titled "Academic Meeting with Dietitian Candidates."

The event, held on March 13, 2026, in the AS203 classroom of the Faculty of Health Sciences, featured Prof. Dr. Melda Türkoğlu and her clinical nutrition team, who have made significant contributions to the field. Türkoğlu and her team shared their knowledge and experience, supported by documentation, on clinical training, support for intensive care patients, and current practices. The event focused particularly on support packages in hospital settings, a multidisciplinary approach, and the clinical role of the dietitian. Students had the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with field experience, gaining valuable insights that will contribute significantly to their professional development.

The program included a question-and-answer session where students could directly address their questions to the expert, creating an interactive academic environment.
