The “Meeting with Our Alumni – XII” event, organized by the Career Planning and Alumni Tracking Team of the Gazi University Faculty of Health Sciences Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, was held on March 26, 2026, in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Dr. Aylin Bayındır, a faculty member from Kırıkkale University Vocational School of Health Services, participated in the event. In her lengthy presentation titled “Plant-Based Nutrition: A Healthy Choice or a Popular Trend?”, Dr. Bayındır summarized the effects of plant-based nutrition on health, current information, and its increasing popularity in society. The question-and-answer session provided information, directly addressing participants' questions with relevant data, creating a communicative discussion environment.

The “Meeting with Our Alumni” event, which aims to strengthen the bond between the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics and its alumni and contribute to their professional development, is planned to continue in the coming periods.
