Nutritional Sciences Research Laboratory

Nutritional Sciences Research Laboratory operating within our department is the laboratory which all kinds of research can be carried out in all subfields of nutrition and dietetics such as food chemistry, nutritional biochemistry, food microbiology, nutrigenetics-epigenetics. It is the laboratory equipped with highly advanced technical equipment that provides fast and reliable results. In this laboratory, various postgraduate thesis and scientific research projects are carried out by graduate students and academic staff of our department. Due to the fact that nutritional sciences are a rapidly developing and very dynamic discipline, infrastructure renewal and scope expansion studies are carried out regularly in the laboratory and it is targeted that this laboratory will be a scientific research, training and measurement core center by including modern test and analytical devices for researchers.
