In the Principles of Nutrition Laboratories, practices are carried out to teach the principles of healthy food preparation and cooking, taking into account food hygiene. There are all devices and equipment for the applications intended to be taught in our laboratory.
In this laboratory, certain sample applications are made for the food groups taught in theoretical courses, and the theoretical knowledge is reinforced. Thus, at the end of the applications, students are given the opportunity to learn healthy food preparation and cooking methods by discussing in detail which application they used for what purposes, observations during the construction stages, healthy cooking methods and the effects of the materials included in the application on the application in terms of structure, appearance and nutritional element.
