Nutritional Sciences Research Laboratory

The Nutrition Sciences Research Laboratory, operating within our department, is a laboratory equipped with highly advanced technical equipment that provides fast and reliable results, where all kinds of research can be carried out in all fields of Nutrition and Dietetics such as food chemistry, nutritional biochemistry, food microbiology, nutrigenetics-epigenetics. In this laboratory, various thesis and scientific research projects are carried out by graduate students and academic staff of our department. Since nutritional sciences are a rapidly developing and highly dynamic discipline, infrastructure renewal and scope expansion studies are carried out regularly in the laboratory, and it is aimed that this laboratory will be a scientific research, training and measurement center for researchers with modern test and analysis devices.
